The Practice Manager X3™ Report Manager offers a powerful and flexible reporting package to meet the needs of your practice. Report Manager offers reports on nearly every aspect of your insurance and medical billing and collections. If you find that you need a special report for your practice, you can design your own reports with Seagate Crystal Reports or Access X3 through Practice Manger X3’s open database technology. Report Manager is a feature rich module. Each report can be run for a single database, or for all databases. If you run a large practice or billing office, you no longer need to run each report multiple times. Simply run it once, and let PMX3 do the rest.

Report Manager offers an option to preview reports to the screen also, as well as exporting reports to various formats such as plain text, XLS spreadsheet, Microsoft Word, comma delimited, rich text, formatted text, and character delimited formats. This allows you to further manipulate the data as you wish in a third-party program.

The integrated reports of PMX3 are comprehensive, and very flexible. The Report Manager offers a “Customize” feature, which allows you to set parameters for each report to pinpoint the data, and information you need for your practice. You can Save the Customization for a report, set it once, and the setting for that report can be recalled at a later time. PMX3 also offers a New Report Manager to allow you to create new integrated reports that have customized parameters for a specific practice, financial class, patient category, or insurance carrier.
